For those new to yoga, as well as more experienced yogis!
Join us for a 60 minute stress release, through an athletic style of flowing yoga. Not only will this class help increase strength, flexibility and mental focus, it will also help to release stress. Enjoy a combination of standing and seated postures, as well as a focus on core muscles during each class.
Runs for 8 evenings from January 8 to March 12, 2015.
