FOR THOSE NEW TO YOGA, AS WELL AS MORE EXPERIENCED YOGIS!
Join us for a 60 minute stress release, we will be holding poses and working on our balance. Not only will this class help increase strength, flexibility and mental focus, it will also help to release stress. Enjoy a combination of standing and seated postures, as well as a focus on core muscles during each class.
